Real ICF builds right here in the Golden Triangle Region.
Every home featured here is a real ICF build in the Starkville and Golden Triangle Region. As the only active ICF builder in the GTR, these photos show the construction process that makes our homes fundamentally different from the wood-frame construction you see everywhere else in Mississippi.
Completed custom homes — from the outside, they look like any well-built house. The difference is in the walls.
EPS foam forms are stacked and interlocked to create the wall structure. Steel rebar is placed inside before the concrete pour.
Window and door bucks are set in place, corners are braced, and the wall structure rises to full height before the concrete pour.
Concrete is pumped into the assembled ICF forms, filling around the steel rebar to create solid reinforced walls.
After the concrete cures, conventional roof framing is installed on top of the ICF walls.
Every one of these homes started with a conversation. Let's have yours.
