Do I need to have land before contacting you?

No. Some clients come to us with land already purchased; others are still deciding where to build. We can talk through both situations.

How far out are you booked?

This varies. Contact us early if you have a specific timeline. Custom ICF construction has lead time for design and permitting, so the earlier we talk, the better.

Do you work with owner-furnished plans?

Sometimes. We're happy to review plans you've already developed and discuss whether we can build to them or if modifications make sense for ICF construction.

What's a realistic budget range?

ICF custom homes typically run from $200–$400+ per square foot depending on location, finishes, and complexity. We'll give you a straight answer once we understand your project.

Are you a licensed and insured contractor?

Yes. We're fully licensed and insured in every state where we operate. We're happy to provide documentation as part of any serious project conversation.
